Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos’ political movement gained new momentum over the weekend as Turu A and B Wards declared their support for his Plateau North Senatorial ambition in 2027.
In the past two months, Chugwi Ward was the first to openly endorse Bagos, followed by Vwang Ward, his hometown, where residents showed overwhelming love for his leadership.
The endorsement reached new heights this weekend when Turu A and B Wards hosted a historic rally. The event attracted a massive crowd, with people travelling from far and near to show solidarity.
Delegations also came from neighbouring Riyom Local Government Area, which shares boundaries with Turu in Vwang. The atmosphere was filled with unity, enthusiasm, and hope for a brighter future under Bagos’ leadership.
Hon. Dachung Mwanta, Chairman of the Development Association of Turu, Vwang, and convener of the Vwang District movement, urged the people to give Bagos the Senate mandate. He praised Bagos’ track record in delivering impactful projects and promised more inclusive development ahead.
Former PDP Chairman of Jos South LGA, Hon. Dung Tari, also declared his full support for Bagos, describing him as a leader the people can trust.
Hon. Da Dauda Vwangdung, Chairman of Vwang District Stakeholders, pledged to mobilize grassroots support, ensuring that Bagos’ victory in 2027 would be overwhelming.
Other respected leaders, including Hon. Da Daches, also called for continuity, stability, and people-centred governance.
From Chugwi to Vwang, from Turu to Riyom, the message was the same—residents stand united behind Bagos.
Supporters say this movement is more than one man’s ambition; it is a collective vision for growth, unity, and development that will leave no community behind.
